* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
accumulations between 8 and 15 inches and ice accumulations up to
one quarter of an inch possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and southern Delaware,
northeast Maryland, southern New Jersey, and southeast
Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From Saturday evening through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the
ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning commute.
