NOTICE: Snow and Ice Emergency Declaration
Middle Paxton Township has declared a Snow and Ice Emergency due to the anticipated winter storm. During this emergency, parking is prohibited on all public streets, which are designated as snow emergency routes.
The Declaration shall take effect at 10:00 PM January 24, 2026, and will remain in effect until 1:00 PM January 26, 2026.
This restriction includes motor vehicles, trailers, boats, basketball hoops, and any other items that may interfere with snow and ice removal operations. Fines may be imposed for vehicles or items that are not removed from public streets during the emergency.
Residents are asked to remove all vehicles and obstructions from public streets to allow for safe and efficient roadway maintenance. Thank you for your cooperation!
