* WHAT...Heavy snow with mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
accumulations between 12 and 16 inches and ice accumulations
around one tenth of an inch possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From late Saturday night through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
