Description
Residents and Community Members,
Please prepare for this weekend’s winter weather.
Parking has always been an issue in our Borough, as we prepare for the forecast ahead, have a plan. We are asking that you please move your vehicles off the streets before the snow begins so road crews can plow and salt effectively. Snowfall over 4 inches can trigger a Snow Emergency. At that time, cars parked on snow emergency routes will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense. See the attached list for snow emergency routes or call the Borough office if you’re unsure. We don't know how much snow will hit our area, but as always, we want everyone to be safe, and please allow our road crew to have open roads to plow efficiently and effectively.
As a reminder, ALL sidewalks must be shoveled within 24 hours of the end of the snow event.
Be kind to your neighbors and community members; we are all in this together.
