Description
Good Morning, Bruceville-Eddy!

I would like to share important information with our citizens and community regarding the upcoming winter weather.

Taylor Hall (Eddy Senior Center), located at 100 4th Street, Eddy, TX 76524, will be open as a warming center beginning the afternoon of Saturday, January 24, 2026, and will remain open as needed. Citizens utilizing the warming center are encouraged to dress warmly and bring blankets. Taylor Hall will be equipped with a generator in the event of a power outage related to the winter weather.

The Bruceville-Eddy Police Department will be on standby and ready to assist by providing transportation for citizens who need a ride to the warming center or to the home of a friend or family member where warmth is available.

For questions regarding the warming center, please contact Councilman Richard Prater at 254-405-2251.
For transportation assistance, please contact the Bruceville-Eddy Police Department at 254-859-5072.

On behalf of the Bruceville-Eddy Police Department, I am praying for the safety and well-being of our community during this upcoming winter weather event. Please do not hesitate to contact BEPD if there is anything we can do to assist you.

Thank you, and please stay safe.
