Cold Weather Advisory issued January 20 at 3:18AM EST until January 20 at 12:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Ohio and northwest
Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until noon EST today.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
