Cold Weather Advisory issued January 19 at 11:58AM EST until January 20 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Melbourne FL
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 28 expected.
* WHERE...Inland Volusia, Northern Lake, Okeechobee, Orange,
Osceola, Seminole, and Southern Lake.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chills this cold could be hazardous for those
without access to adequate warmth, clothing, or shelter.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
