Winter Weather Advisory issued January 17 at 8:07AM EST until January 17 at 4:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches.
* WHERE...In New York, Delaware and Sullivan Counties. In
Pennsylvania, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, and
Southern Wayne Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The steadiest snow is expected to fall now
through 1 or 2 PM early this afternoon. The snow then quickly
exits the area.
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
