Special Weather Statement issued January 16 at 6:45PM EST by NWS Melbourne FL
Another cold night is in store for areas of interior Volusia and
northeastern Lake Counties. Over rural, wind-sheltered locations,
patchy frost is expected late tonight.
Those along State Route 40, from west of I-95 to the Ocala
National Forest, appear most favorable for frost. If you live in
these areas, be sure to protect sensitive vegetation such as
annuals and tropicals.
