Special Weather Statement issued January 11 at 8:56AM EST by NWS Melbourne FL
Observations, traffic cameras, and satellite imagery indicate
that patchy dense fog is spreading eastward from north Lake
county across much of Volusia county. Localized visibilities of a
half mile or less will be possible through 10 am.
Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility. When
encountering fog, slow down, increase following distance, and use
low-beam headlights.
