Special Weather Statement issued January 11 at 6:19AM EST by NWS State College PA
Clear skies, light winds, and falling temperatures have result in
isolated icy spots.
Remember that untreated surfaces often freeze up first. Use
caution on ramps and bridges.
Persons traveling early this morning should be alert for icy
spots. Conditions should improve shortly after sunrise.
