Please be advised that the Borough has become aware that the trash collection day descriptions on the 2026 Savvy Citizen calendar caused some confusion. These descriptions have now been updated to improve clarity.
To be clear, there have been no changes to garbage collection days or routes. Residents who are accustomed to placing their garbage out on their designated day may continue to do so, on either Sunday night or Monday night. This allows the Borough’s garbage crew to collect refuse on Monday and Tuesday mornings beginning at 5:00 a.m.
Please remember that, to ensure pickup, all garbage must be placed at the curb prior to 5:00 a.m.
