B-E Community Safety Reminders for the New Year

The Bruceville-Eddy Police Department would like to share a few reminders to keep our Community & Citizens safe during New Year Celebrations:
- For anyone visiting the Waco area, Waco Transit is offering free transportation to and from destinations from (6pm - 3am) to schedule a ride call 254-750-1620.
- Tow King, Safe Ride Home includes free vehicle tows for those needing safe transportation. The service ensures both passengers and their vehicles can arrive home safely to destinations in the Waco area. To request this service, call 254-666-5484.
- The use of Fireworks are prohibited inside the Corporate City Limits of Bruceville-Eddy. Areas outside the City Limits of Bruceville-Eddy are not governed by the same local City Ordinances. As of 10/26/2025 McLennan County is NOT under a current burn ban.
- The Bruceville-Eddy Police Department would like to offer a Safe Ride Home to anyone located inside the City Limits of Bruceville-Eddy, who otherwise may need a safe ride home inside the City Limits, or within a 5 mile radius. To request this service please call 254-859-5072.
