Wind Advisory issued December 30 at 6:47PM EST until December 30 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
Winds are diminishing below advisory criteria. Therefore, the wind
advisory was allowed to expire. Gusts up to around 35 mph will still
be possible through the evening hours, before decreasing under 20
mph overnight.
