Wind Advisory issued December 30 at 12:30PM EST until December 30 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 45 to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
