Wind Advisory issued December 28 at 12:59PM EST until December 30 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...West winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...All of Central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 1 PM Monday to 7 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
