Wind Advisory issued December 28 at 1:13AM EST until December 30 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...West winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and
northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 1 AM Monday to 1 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
