Winter Weather Advisory issued December 26 at 9:30PM EST until December 27 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet
accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to one tenth
of an inch.
* WHERE...In New York, Chemung and Steuben Counties. In
Pennsylvania, Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mixture of light sleet, freezing rain and
perhaps some snow will continue into the predawn hours before
ending.
