* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Total snow and sleet accumulations up
to one inch and ice accumulations up to two tenths of an inch.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
