between 4 and 8 inches possible.
* WHERE...In New York, Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben Counties. In
Pennsylvania, Bradford, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties.
* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow is forecast to develop Friday afternoon,
with sleet also possibly mixing in by evening. Heaviest
precipitation is anticipated Friday mid afternoon through evening,
before quickly winding down early Saturday.
