Winter Weather Advisory issued December 23 at 8:06AM EST until December 23 at 4:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to
two inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow tapers off to light mixed precipitation
or drizzle by early afternoon.
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorist to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts Pennsylvania roadways.
