Special Weather Statement issued December 19 at 3:08PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
Much colder air is overspreading Northeast Pennsylvania, with
rain showers mixing with snow showers before ending. Any roads
still wet as temperatures fall below freezing into this evening
may turn slick from patchy ice. Exercise caution if traveling.
