Special Weather Statement issued December 19 at 2:54PM EST by NWS State College PA
Temperatures will drop below the freezing mark through the evening.
Blustery winds may dry off roads and other paved surfaces, but
any residual water from previous rain could freeze up and result
in slick spots during the evening commute.
