Wind Advisory issued December 19 at 11:58AM EST until December 20 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Westerly winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Westerly winds will bring cold air into the
area behind the departing cold front.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
Secure outdoor objects.
