Special Weather Statement issued December 19 at 6:44AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
A narrow line of gusty rain showers associated with a cold front
will move through the area through mid-morning. Winds may
occasionally gust up to 50 mph with these showers, along with
brief heavy downpours.
