Applicant’s Request – Applicant requesting a Special Exception, pursuant to Section 303.(c)7 of the Township Zoning Ordinance. Applicant requests a special exception to permit use of the existing single-family dwelling on the property as a group quarters.
This case will be reviewed by the Warrington Township Planning Commission before being heard by the Zoning Hearing Board. Both meetings will be held at the Warrington Township Municipal Building, 3345 Rosstown Road, Wellsville, PA 17365.
