* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations 1 to 2 inches.
* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Fayette, Indiana, and Westmoreland
Counties. In West Virginia, Marion and Monongalia Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
