* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch, except
up to another 2 inches along and to the southeast of Interstate 81.
* WHERE...Adams, Columbia, Lebanon, and Schuylkill Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
