Winter Weather Advisory issued December 14 at 1:40AM EST until December 14 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches,
bringing totals to between 2 to 5 inches.
* WHERE...Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, and Southern Wayne Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow tapers off and end from northwest to
southeast toward sunrise.
Slow down and use caution while traveling.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorist to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts Pennsylvania roadways.
