Winter Weather Advisory issued December 13 at 11:14PM EST until December 14 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Snow. Total accumulations between 2 to 5 inches expected.
* WHERE...Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, and Southern Wayne Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Up to 2 inches of snow has already fallen.
Expected steady snow to continue overnight, before tapering off
from northwest to southeast toward daybreak.
Slow down and use caution while traveling.

Turnpike Commission remind motorist to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts Pennsylvania roadways.
