Winter Weather Advisory issued December 13 at 3:03PM EST until December 14 at 8:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
A widespread light to moderate snow will last through tonight,
ending for most of the area later tonight. However, lake effect snow
showers will then kick in for the western mountains and these will
last until early Monday morning. Expect the temperatures to drop
tonight and Sunday, creating cold wind chills, especially in the
higher terrain where they will be sub-zero.
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 3
inches.
* WHERE...Adams and Lebanon Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 8 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will fall between 10 PM and
2 AM EST. One inch per hour rates are possible for a short time.
The snow will be over around or even before sunrise.
