* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
7 inches.
* WHERE...In Ohio, Guernsey and Muskingum Counties. In Pennsylvania,
Allegheny County. In West Virginia, Brooke County.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
