Winter Weather Advisory issued December 10 at 1:45AM EST until December 10 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of 1
to 3 inches with localized amounts up to 4 inches over the highest
elevations of these counties. Ice accumulations around a light
glaze possible in the Wyoming Valley.
* WHERE...In New York, Broome County. In Pennsylvania, Bradford,
Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, Southern Wayne,
Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of steady snow arrives this morning
and continues through the day. Brief periods of rain or freezing
rain could mix in a times this morning and early afternoon, before
changing back to all snow showers late Wednesday evening.
