Dallastown Borough residents,
Following the York County Solid Waste Authority's approval of a 2026 tipping-fee increase, Penn Waste has notified the Borough of a corresponding increase in our contract price. Beginning with the first-quarter 2026 billing cycle, residential trash collection rate will increase $6 per quarter.
