Freeze Warning issued December 9 at 2:26AM CST until December 9 at 9:00AM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Urban centers, like downtown Austin and San
Antonio, are not expected to reach freezing and remain in the mid
30s.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
