Winter Weather Advisory issued December 4 at 12:39PM EST until December 4 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Buffalo NY
* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected and winds gusting as high as 35
mph will produce blowing and drifting snow.
* WHERE...Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions with poor visibility at
times.
Lake effect snow will fall in relatively narrow bands. If traveling,
be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
