❄️ WINTER WEATHER REMINDERS FOR CRAFTON RESIDENTS ❄️
With our first December snowfall behind us, here are two important reminders to keep our community safe this winter:
🚗 PARKING RESTRICTIONS FOR SNOW REMOVAL
During winter weather events, parking is prohibited on specific streets to allow our crews to clear roads safely and efficiently. Restricted areas include portions of Clearview Ave, Elmwood Ave, Harris Ave, Keever Ave, N. Emily St, Oregon Ave, Promenade St, and Sycamore St. Vehicles in violation may be fined or towed at owner's expense.
🧹 CLEAR YOUR SIDEWALKS
Borough ordinance requires residents to remove snow and ice from sidewalks within 24 hours of accumulation. Icy, snow-covered sidewalks force pedestrians into the street and create dangerous slip-and-fall hazards for neighbors. Please use a combination of snow removal and ice melt to keep sidewalks safe for everyone in our community.
