Winter Weather Advisory issued December 2 at 11:54AM EST until December 2 at 3:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch.
* WHERE...In New York, Chemung, Cortland, Onondaga, Schuyler,
Seneca, Southern Cayuga, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, and Yates
Counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow will be ending from west to east
over the next few hours. Storm totals will fall in the expected
range of 3 to 7 inches.
