Winter Storm Watch issued December 1 at 6:35AM EST until December 3 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Albany NY
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations over seven
inches possible.
* WHERE...Northern Litchfield County in Northwestern Connecticut,
western Massachusetts, all of east central and eastern New York
except for northern Herkimer County, and southern Vermont.
* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through late Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be dangerous due to snow covered roadways
and reduced visibility.

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
