Winter Storm Watch issued December 1 at 12:26AM EST until December 3 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Albany NY
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations over seven
inches possible.
* WHERE...Northwestern Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, Southern
Vermont and the eastern Adirondacks, Lake George Saratoga Region,
Mohawk and Schoharie Valleys, Capital Region, eastern Catskills,
mid Hudson Valley and Taconics of eastern New York.
* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through late Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be difficult. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening
commutes.

on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
