Winter Storm Watch issued November 30 at 1:07PM EST until December 2 at 8:00PM EST by NWS State College PA

...FIRST WIDESPREAD SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL POSSIBLE ACROSS EAST
CENTRAL PA MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of greater
than 6 inches possible.

* WHERE...East Central and Northeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and
evening commutes.

Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this situation.

Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely
necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter
storm kit along with you, including such items as tire chains,
booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing.
Also take water, a first aid kit, and anything else that would help
you survive in case you become stranded.
