Flood Watch issued November 21 at 12:30AM CST until November 21 at 6:00AM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
counties, Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall,
Kerr, Llano, Real, Travis, Val Verde and Williamson.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be
flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A Pacific front is forecast to move across South Central
Texas overnight and produce pockets of heavy rain with
additional 1 to 2 inches of rain over the watch area. These
new amounts over saturated or wet grounds could cause
localized flooding .

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
