Special Weather Statement issued November 20 at 11:17PM EST by NWS Melbourne FL
Observations, satellite imagery and traffic cameras show patchy
dense fog has already developed across portions of Volusia,
Seminole and northern Brevard counties late this evening. Fog will
produce localized visibilities below a half mile in spots.
Motorists should be prepared for sudden changes in visibility,
especially along Interstate 95 between Titusville, northward
through Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach.
If encountering dense fog on area roadways, use your low beam
headlights, reduce your speed, and maintain a safe distance
between your vehicle and the one ahead of you.
