CTPD Officers Ryan Eiker and Joe David have recently been certified as department Child Safety Seat Technicians. If anyone would like assistance with a seat install please contact us through dispatch at 717-334-8101 to set up an appointment with Officer Eiker or Officer David when they are on duty.
