Special Weather Statement issued November 19 at 9:51PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
..Patchy Freezing Fog Overnight..
With temperatures below freezing in isolated areas with fog
formation observed, freezing fog remains possible through the
overnight hours. This may result in a light coating of ice,
particularly for elevated surfaces, though some slick spots are
possible on area roads and sidewalks. Use extra caution if outside
this evening.
