Wind Advisory issued November 15 at 6:53PM EST until November 17 at 12:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 9 AM Sunday to midnight EST Sunday Night.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
