Saturday, Dec 13th - Santa and his friends will be travelling in their new Rescue 66 through Franklintown Borough, Washington Township, Wellsville Borough and Warrington Township to wish everyone a happy holiday.
Santa Engine Route:
10:50am-10:55am – Whitetail Terrace (Warrington Twp.)
11:10am-11:20am - Mt Zion UM Church (Warrington Twp.)
11:30am-12:15pm - Franklintown Borough Office
12:25pm-12:35pm – Washington Township Office
12:35pm-12:45pm – Wellsville Elementary School (Wellsville)
12:55pm-1:05pm - New Bethel UM Church (Warrington Twp.)
1:15pm-1:25pm - Mt. Airy Church (Warrington Twp.)
1:35pm-1:40pm - Lily Court & Buttercup Lane (Warrington Twp.)
1:50pm-2:00pm - Warrington Township Park (Warrington Twp.)
Santa will leave Wellsville Fire Company, and head to Rossville on Carlisle Rd to Old York Rd. First stop will be at Whitetail Terrace. From there, he will head up Old York Rd, turning onto Poplar Rd to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. He will leave the church on Old Mountain Rd and travel to Franklintown Borough Park. Travelling Rt. 194 (Baltimore Pike) to Ridge Rd and then onto Bentz Mill Rd, arriving at Washington Township Office. He will then proceed to Wellsville Elementary School via Wellsville Rd. Then will travel Zeigler Rd, Carlisle Rd. and Alpine Rd. to New Bethel UM Church. The next stop will be Mt. Airy Church on Pinetown Rd. After leaving the church, he will travel Pinetown Rd to Lily Ct and Buttercup Lane back onto Pinetown Rd. From there he will take Thundergust Mill, Squire Gratz Rd and Old York Rd to Warrington Township Park.
