This is a friendly reminder that all 3rd and 4th quarter garbage payments must be made to the garbage company (Pro Waste) by this Friday, November 14, 2025 to avoid a late penalty.
If you have not yet submitted your payment, please contact Pro Waste @ 724-433-3440 as soon as possible to make arrangements.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter -- this will serve as the final notice before late fees are applied. Thank you for your cooperation!
Also attached is a Reference Guide for the Upcoming Pay Schedule for 2026. The guide includes important details on Pro Waste Invoice Dates, Due Dates, and Helpful Hints,

1st Quarter 2026 (January, February, March); Invoice Mailed December 15, 2025; Due Date JANUARY 15, 2026
2nd Quarter 2026 (April, May, June); Invoice Mailed March 15, 2026; Due Date APRIL 15, 2026
3rd Quarter 2026 (July, August, September); Invoice Mailed June 15, 2026; Due Date JULY 15, 2026
4th Quarter 2026 (October, November, December);Invoice Mailed September 15, 2026; Due Date OCTOBER 14, 2026
