Special Weather Statement issued November 11 at 12:15PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
Pockets of heavier lake effect snow showers will move through the
Wyoming Valley, Poconos, and Southern Catskills over the next
couple of hours. Visibilities may fall to near a 1/2 mile and
cause roads to become snow covered. Please take caution if you
have to travel.
