Duquense Light - Line Repairs

Description
Duquense light is currently in the neighborhood. They said there will be some power outages for 15-30 minutes this morning. The streets they are saying will be affected are - Pinewood, Dogwood, Breezewood, etc so it appears work may be in the manor. The village may see some outages today also, but all outages should be 15-30 minutes per Duquesne Light.
